Question Reguarding FL residence

I just have a question reguarding FL residence. My husband is in the military, we live in Maine but our DL are from FL. Are we still considered FL residence? Our address on our DL is Maine. I am just trying to decide what would be better pricing for tickets or a package for us if we need to do a military discount or Fl residence discount. Thank you.

Not sure I understand the question - is your husband stationed in FL right now? If so his base ID should be adequate to show FL residence.

As long as you have a currently valid Florida DL Disney considers you a Florida Resident.

But this would be for ticketing on-site only. If you tried to do something online, such as buying some level of AP on the Monthly Payment Plan you could not get into that part of the website as the system would see that your ISP is not in Florida.

Thanks. I thought that we would be still be able to do the FL residence since we have FL driver's license. I just wanted to make sure. I was looking into the FL residence 3 day pass for $119 that they are doing so I wanted to make sure that we would be able to do that.
