I used to have one, and I really like it. I could cook all kinds of frozen things in there. I miss that thing. I was so blessd as I had found mine in a thrift store for 20 dollars. Mine was an older version, so I would imagine they have made even better.

We are on our second one and we use it almost every night, mainly for meat. Grab 4 or 5 frozen hamburger patties, cook them for 8 minutes and they are perfect. We also cook steak, chicken, pork chops. Our son has always been a picky eater and eats way too many chicken nuggets. Back in the day we microwaved them. With the nu wave they brown nicely and come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Cook to perfection. We use the microwave now only to heat up left overs, which can also be done in the nu wave.

I definitely recommend the nu wave.

My wife did bake cookies once and we cooked a pizza once. They turned out well. For some reason we usually don't think of baking in it, we use the oven. It would be nice to use it in the summer when you don't want the oven to heat up the kitchen.

I have one and am happy with it. I will say that I know of someone who had one and love, love, loved it. She won a Sharper Image Super Wave Oven and loves it even more than the NuWave. The Super Wave is self cleaning and the dome is glass.

I'm glad you asked, I always wondered about it but figured nothing works as well as they show on the infomercials. I'll pay better attention next time I see it on TV.
