Finding Nemo Cast

I have a very strange question. Can anybody tell me where to find a current cast list for the Finding Nemo show at Animal Kingdom?

You could call the Actors Equity office in Orlando -- all the performers would be listed there. You could also call Disney. But it's unlikely that either location would release a cast list due to privacy concerns. Plus, there are lots of subs and "first / second" cast, etc. So it's not like the same 18 people do the show every day. There are probably over 55 people who perform that show on any given week.

Can I ask why you're looking for a cast list? Are you trying to figure out if you know one of the actors?

I would be interested to know who plays Nemo. The kid I saw playing Nemo at the show last week was really great and I hope he moves up in the world!

Every time I've seen that show, Nemo has been portrayed by a woman - not an actual child.

Yeah, I've seen woman Nemo actresses every time but I could've sworn it was a kid this time. Oh well, maybe I was wrong.

It's never a child. Anyone in any WDW production (with the exception of short-term stuff like holiday shows) must be over 18. Child labor laws are very strict with Disney.

A local newspaper around here published an article on a girl who is now working full-time as Dory.

Thanks for the tips, y'all. It's actually for one of my clients, who did indeed think she recognized an actor.

There is some amazing talent in Nemo, including a wonderful actor who has played both Gaston and the Beast on Broadway! My DS, who is the production manager of a Broadway tour, has worked with him in the past, and I got to meet him and all his castmates after a show in September. I don't know why Disney doesn't put out cast lists. Over the years there have been so many amazing singers in shows like Nemo, BatB, FotLK and the sadly departed Hunchback of Notre Dame, and I always wished I could get their names. There was a Gaston a few years ago who I would definitely love to see on stage again!
