Dumb Question about cancelled postage stamps

Sorry if this is a dumb question so I apologize in advance!! Anyway, I have been diligently saving used postage stamps and sending them to Methodist Hospital in Philadelphia. I called there today and they no longer need these. I have an envelope full and was just wondering if anyone knows of any organization that could use these before I throw them away.

THANKS in advance!

Are these common standard stamps or rare stamps?

If they are foreign or rare or of denominations not seen often, you might hang on to them a little longer and/or separate them into groups to sell on eBay.
Last Disney trip: December 2010.
Forget super sized fries. The Washington Redskins can promote healthy eating with First Lady Obama by adopting the (red skinned) turnip as their mascot.
