Since I'm not familiar with this site, I don't know what it means--the DCL site will show concierge cabins if they are available!

Don't ever give up on cabins being available. People may have to cancel, even at the last minute. We were on a cruise where the Walt suite on the Magic became available--the family that had it needed to cancel for a medical emergency. Since they canceled the day before the cruise, DCL had been unable to fill it from their "wait list" of interested people. So yes, it was available for an "at port" upgrade. SInce DCL had already been paid by the family that canceled, anything they got would be pure profit!

On BJ's travel page, once you put in your info, it does remember it for you. As I've never used concierge before, not sure how that would work. It will however show suite options, as other dates that I've tested do show them. Not sure if it shows WD & RD suites.

They are very helpful and are 24 hours.
