Free parking near MK?
We're splitting up a fifteen hour drive and arriving in Orlando about 4 pm We booked a cheaper hotel near Universal for the night before check-in to POFQ. Thinking this would be a perfect time to check out the Christmas decorations at GF and maybe have dinner. Are there any resorts around MK that offer free parking?

You can park for free at the GF if you are having dinner there, but I think it's just for two or three hours. You can't leave your car there and go to a park though.

If you want to check out a resort, eat there, shop, you are able to park there for no charge. BUT....self parking at a resort is not intended for park access.
Self-parking at the GF isn't the best...it can be a hike to the GF from the parking lot, so be prepared.
