Images for magnets - The DIS Discussion Forums

I know this has a thread but it is lengthy and I am short on time. I would like a site to get Disney pics so I can make magnets for my door. I would also consider a site for already made magnets. I am not very computer smart so I need detailed instructions on getting the images off a site. My problem in the past is the image is to small. If I enlarge I am concerned it will get grainy. Thanks for any help.

I am also new to this but recently figured out how to save them so they look really good, not grainy. I have a lot saved to a Power Point file that I would be happy to email you. if you PM me your email address I will send you the file.

The Magnets thread is where you really need to go. If you just want to explore what has been done, follow the links the magnet designers (Milllipie - a real artist) and others put at the bottom of their posts. You'll find literally hundreds of options. Milllipie has done an outstanding job of organizing her work. I hav e few I have done, but mostly for the Fantasy. The basic rule is the artwork is available for use by whomever free of charge, but only for personal use.

In a lot of cases, artwork without names is available, andif you want names, or special additions, you ask through the forum thread. If all you want is me basic artwork, then it is available for your use.

Yes, the current thread is long and in many cases the art shown is small, but you'll find that if you click on the artwork, it takes you to the full size image.mm

There are some links in her signature, too, to her picture hosting sites. There she has TONS of wonderful images that are not personalized! It's a great resource!

Me, too! I'd rather pay someone to make them into magnets than try to figure it out on my old printer! I've tried to find someone on Etsy & quickly looked at EBay--nothing so far. I'll be curious to see if anyone has a link to a place that will make, sell, & ship to us! I also cruise early March--so not much time to wait for the creators to get me something. Fingers crossed!!
