Upgrade at Welcome Center
I have read a few threads where people were able to upgrade their cabin once they arrived at the Port. However, is this possible at the Welcome Center at MCO? Just curious as we will be using DCL and if I decide I want to jump and try to get a Concierge suite can I try at the Welcome Center?

No. Upgrades are available only at the supervisor's desk in the terminal. However, checking in at the welcome center is still a good thing...as soon as you get to the terminal, you'll be able to proceed to the supervisor's desk.

So if you check in at MCO they give you the KTTW card? Im confused how if u check in there, you do not need to check in at port?
I will be checking in at MCO then taking the DCL bus to the port and hoping to get an upgrade at port! |

This thread started in october and the policy changed in December.
Currently there is no check in for the cruise anywhere except the DCL terminals. |

Sadly, it does not currently exist. I do plan to write a nice note about my wish for the service to return after my cruise in two weeks.
