quick question on park tickets...

My mind is drawing a blank here at the moment, without doing a search I was hoping someone can give me a quick answer. If I am getting 5 day MYW tickets. can I use 4 of the days November 27-30 and the fifth day on December 8th?
This would be with just the base tickets.

TIA

Yes. All entitlements are good for 14 days after the ticket is first used, so you are within that window and will be fine.

Yes, if I am counting correctly, that is within the 14-day expiration window (14 days from the first day you use the ticket). Otherwise, you have to pay extra for the No Expiration option.

ETA: Got beat.

They have to be used 14 days after 1st activation unless you buy the no expiration option.

If you go to the locked sticky Everything About WDW Tickets in this Forum, especially Post #2, you can get a lot more information. An easy way to get to the sticky is by clicking on the link in my signature. The ticket sticky is your friend!

The GR window at MK opens pretty early in the morning. We got our tix at least an hour before the park opened.

Ignoring the fact that OP is within the 14 day limit for a second.....

The above suggestion to buy No Expiration is a perfect example of when not to buy NE. NE has to looked at very carefully to determine if the value is good. Many times, people can actually spend more money as compared to buying separate tickets.

For OP's example, and if OP would have been outside the 14 day time limit:

NE for a 5 day ticket costs about $140 per ticket.

OP could buy a separate one day ticket for $95, saving $45 per ticket.

Always do the math when considering NE. Typically, you need to be able to use a NE ticket over 3 visits, without the need to purchase additional days, for NE to be cost effective.

UNLESS...
The guest in this example needed the HOPPER and/or WATER PARK FUN assets on both times (s)he was using that ticket.

Then, the non-expire option would be cheaper.
