No Aladdin shows for November?
I still have not seen a concrete answer on this. There are no Aladdin shows scheduled for November yet. Will it be dark?

Be patient. It looks like they have not updated the calendar with the DCA info (Aladdin, Disney Jr, Live, Pixar Parade, etc). Just keep checking and it will be updated at some point. It took a while for the October times to be posted as well.

*rumor* but I also read on another thread that the Aladdin show has had some serious mechanical issues lately that has resulted in CM's getting hurt. Might be a reason why they are waiting to update to see if they issues can be sorted out first.

Months ago the flying carpet broke. They simply quite having Aladdin and Jasmine ride on it and the show goes on. Often the DL website is very late getting their schedule up.

I know it's frustrating from a planning perspective, but the online calendar at Disneyland.com is updated so late. Like Girimama33 posted, it's not just Aladdin that's not on the calendar for November--but a good portion of the entertainment offerings are not yet listed: Disney Jr, Pixar Play Parade, Phineas & Ferb Rockin' Rollin' Dance Party, Five & Dime, Red Car News Boys, and DJ's Dance and Drive.
I wish the folks running the website calendar could figure out a better way to update the calendar in a timely manner, because it always causes frustration and worry for folks planning their trips. You never know when a show/parade may be legitimately "dark" or if the calendar just hasn't been updated yet. But keep the faith, I'm sure Aladdin will be performing. It's been running 7 days a week in October. I would hope it's the same in November. |
