My day wouldn't be complete without watching Saved By The Bell... but don't tell anyone!
Do you have a license for that tag your driving?

What is our best bet? (Time wise)

Going to MVMP....would like to get there as close to 7 as possible. Which do you think is more likely to take less time?

'Ohana @ 5:20pm

or

California Grill @ 5:35

The main reason I ask is because I often hear of long waits to be seated at 'Ohana.

(If it matters, 2 adults, no kids)

If its 2 adults, no kids I would do California Grill both for atmosphere and menu choices. You can probably guide the pace of your meal better there if you mention to the server you are trying to make the MVMP.

Both are very good options, but O'Hana's is not really a quick meal type of place. Lingering is encouraged because it is an all-you-can-eat situation.

California Grill is also not really a quick meal, but if you tell the server in the beginning that you have plans they will work with you.

I would plan on getting to MK at 4 PM for the party (they will let you in then with your party ticket) and not do a big dinner like that - do lunch somewhere instead if you want that kind of big meal, or else just do counter service on arrival at MK.

My family has just stopped at Casey's for some hot dogs in the hours prior to the party starting.

OR, I would plan a 4:30/5:00 PM meal at MK.

I think you will get out quicker at California Grill. We usually get out at a decent time. Ohana seems to take much longer. especially waiting to be seated. OMG bring a book! we had 520 ADRs, came five min early but still waited a while.
