I read a good review of it recently, I think it is like a veggie cheesesteak - mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
From AllEars: Vegetable Subosaurus - grilled vegetables, mushrooms, onions, provolone, served on a toasted roll with sweet potato fries $9.39 Last edited by Caboosey; 08-11-2012 at 09:45 AM. Reason: Added more info! |

I had it in Feb 2012 and this description is accurate. I went in with low to average expectations and was impressed. Very filling and tasty. If you want to eat a large vegetarian meal in AK, this probably one of your best bets.

I had it a month ago and it was delicious! I would have it again.
I also love the grilled veggie sandwich at Backlot Express

I had this sandwich and it was delicious! It's a good sized toasted sub roll with grilled veggies like red bell peppers, zucchini, portabellas with melted provolone. Comes with sweet potato fries too, yumm I don't remember if there was a sauce tho
