Restaurantosaurus...vegetarian sub? ? ? Any experience?
I just saw this on the menu for Restaurantosaurus, and I wondered if anyone can tell me what it is....
Hummus? Portobello mushroom? Grilled vegetables? Cheese, lettuce, tomato? Any rocollections would be much appreciated!  TIA!

I read a good review of it recently, I think it is like a veggie cheesesteak - mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
From AllEars: Vegetable Subosaurus - grilled vegetables, mushrooms, onions, provolone, served on a toasted roll with sweet potato fries $9.39

It's absolutely delicious. Restaurantosaurus is WAY underrated!

I had it this past January and it was fantastic!
I was really excited about it since the last couple times I ate at AK, it was VERY hard to find veggie options...we joked about how they must be giving all the veggies to the animals!

I had this sandwich and it was delicious! It's a good sized toasted sub roll with grilled veggies like red bell peppers, zucchini, portabellas with melted provolone. Comes with sweet potato fries too, yumm I don't remember if there was a sauce tho

i ate this on our last trip in august-requested it minus the cheese,however when it came it was the full works!
20 minutes later,the delicious sandwich came. well worth the wait.  can't personally comment on the sweet potato fries as my dd ate them-but i know she is looking forward to more next year!
