Just confusion.

The F! Dining Pkg. entrance is AT the entrance to ToT.
(You walk PAST the ToT entrance, but do not enter the ride or queue.)
See below.

Ah - I didn't realize that's where it actually was now or I wouldn't have made my comment. I only remember the old Oscar's entrance (we never do the dining package for F!) and I knew it wasn't there anymore.

Yup.

The "Oscar's" DP entrance was a great entrance location,
but long gone.

The latest test period is over. Lots of us have heard about it.

This is not what the OP saw.

Thank you!

They started as a way for me to save hundreds (thousands?) of words describing specific locations and pathways.

Maybe it was a WDW executive, or other senior WDW employee...?

Sounds exactly like a GAC to me. When my son gets one, we have him wear it in a plastic sleeve on a lanyard around his neck. It's just easier for him than pulling it in and out of a pocket.

At Tower of Terror, many GAC stamps would provide access through the FP line.

Besides the GAC there's any number of reasons that Disney may have issued a "FP for everything" to a guest. The lanyard was likely of the guest's own making regardless of what was inside it.

Just note that Disney does issue FP-for-everything to some people sometimes. Usually it's because they've done something incredibly awful like destroyed that person's luggage so the FP is really a minor accommodation for a larger problem. No need to get jelly or feel they're getting "special treatment" as you don't want whatever happened to them to happen to you in order to "earn it."

not sure if this been answered, i forgot what it is called, but a few lucky people get these free passes to certain attractions. You don't need to line up for fastpass as the thing they are wearing on their necks is like a card with some tabs. The tabs are basically a free pass to go into fastpass.

How I Know? a few years back I went to a park, a family of 4 were leaving and saw me and my ex and decided to give it to us, i guess we looked very innocent?

but i didn't know what they were, they told us that they only pass these around to random people, very little of them have them.

Not all attractions are included in these passes.

We were given a few nice rides cuz their kids were too young to go on them. So it worked out for us.

but overall that's what i believe it is

I wore it around my neck cuz I felt like a VIP

The Year of a Million Dreams did this as I recall, circa 2009. Or maybe it was the birthday celecbration thing. There were also random pixie-dust instances of these being handed out also about that time.

Have not heard of them for at least a couple of years, though.
