Do they still have the Duffy Bear Sailor suit on the ships? Would it be on the Magic?

Duffy bear
I will be on the Dream in early December and wondered if they sell the 28inch Duffy Bear... If not does anyone know if they sell him that big in either Magic Kingdom or Downtown Disney???? Anyone know what it is going for?
