Palo brunch question

First time on the Dream...doing online checkin for Nov 15. Palo Dinner and Remy Dinner are showing up as options, but not Palo Brunch.

I'm guessing the brunch spots are already full online? If so, should I try once I'm onboard?

try once you are on board; they hold back some seating availability to give first time cruisers a chance to book. we are repeat cruisers but last year weren't able to book brunch online - went up to reservation desk after we boarded and snagged a reservation with no trouble at all.

Since the brunch is only offered on sea days, if you're doing a 4 night cruise, it's only available one day. So, it's entirely possible that all the online bookings are full. They hold back about 50% of the reservations to be done onboard, so go immediately to where the Palo reservations are being handled onboard and book, or be put on a wait list.

They should show up, just as unavailable. Be sure you are checking on the "at sea" day, that's the only day they are available, and won't even show up on the other days.

Also check from day to day while in board. We cancelled our Palo brunch the morning of because we were too full from Palo dinner the night before!

You don't need to check day to day. You can ask to be put on a waitlist, and they'll let you know if something opens up.

On the Dream where do you go to see if there is availability? Guest services? Thanks! I would love to do this on our cruise but it is only showing openings for Remy and that menu does not appeal to me as a non-sea food person.

Don't know for sure, but I think you go to Palo directly. When you get your Navigator at checkin, it will tell you where the Palo reservations are handled and what time they open.
