Good morning, Js & Ks!

You know, Bob and I were talking last night and realized that we will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary this year! I think we will need to do that a couple of months late at WDW!

Our 25th was spent at the Beach Club with both DDs and a roommate along for the ride in the 100+ degree weather and smoke from the FL fires that year.

Our 35th anniversary was spent in California, following a huge Yamaha shindig. Bob flew out to meet me and we spent the next ten days driving north through Sequoia Park and up to Monterey. Did the 17 Mile Drive in the fog and came south past Big Sur (never saw it since it was foggy!). We stopped at Pebble Beach and pretended we had our clubs with us. Then we headed inland to Paso Robles and spent three days doing wineries and visiting a friend who was a winemaker there. Finished the trip with three days at DL and CA. We were upgraded to CL without the privileges, which we found quite odd. But we had the most amazing view from our room at the Grand Californian. And the CMs there made certain we had a very romantic evening after our dinner at Napa Rose. I need to go find those pictures again...

Anyway, to keep it on topic, I think we need to add that bit of info to our BC reservations and make certain we book AKL for the first night. Working on that will be top priority in the next couple of weeks!

That's one of the reasons we swore off studios. Neither of us can live without the nightstand. Plus if Fran's side of the bed was the tiny one with no room it just wasn't feasible for her. Then we woukd have to swtich sides and that's just weird after all these years.

today was my 6-month checkup on my eyes, some of you that have known me awhile know that I have been diagnosed with Glaucoma. Over the past 2 years my pressure has bee increasing and increasing and my Dr. told me last time that if it went up anymore I was going on drops.

Today during my exam, my pressure was down 4 points since the last time.

He was explaining that anything and everything make it fluctuate and that it is normal. He did tell me that exercise has been known to help, ding ding.... I have been exercising 5 days a week, hence the 20 pound drop, so maybe it helped my eyes too.

Anyway, wanted to share the good news, I am so happy about this.

And Thanks for the domes, I feel like celebrating...

In Florida we always got the one bedroom, but now we do in California as well. We'd rather have less trips, but be more comfortable for our trips.

Brandi, that's great news about your eyes and weight loss.

Thanks Alison....

We (2 adults) stay in a one bedroom all the time. I agree with Alison, fewer trip s in comfort is better.

I've never thought of doing that!!! My DH & I both have CPAPs, so having only one table is hard! What a great idea!!!
