Anyone worried?

With the outbreak connected with the pain shots?I had a long day waiting for my dr to call me back to let me know if his practice was on the list.... Lucky for me its not! I feel so bad for the tons of people that were given the bad shots .I think I will just stick to oral meds for a while.praying that no one else dies from this.

I'm worried about my 82 y/o mom. She had a cortisone injection 3 weeks ago, and I told her to call the doctor today to see if what they gave her was safe. She forgot to call. I knew I should have done it myself. I'll try calling on Monday and hope for the best.

I do home physical therapy. One of my patients had back surgery last week. He asked me about this today as he had shots prior to the surgery. I advised him to call his surgeon.

I'm feeling better. I just found a list of the places that had the contaminated shots in my mom's state and she didn't go to any of those facilities.

Good thoughts for everyone else that is concerned.

I didn't find a list for every state. My mom lives in MI and so I found those clinics. I live in FL and I just noticed that they posted a list of those clinics within the last hour. If you need FL or MI, let me know.

Thank you for posting that. I have a friend in Syracuse who regularly gets shots for her back. Her last was in August, and her next is in Nov. She couldn't get hold of her Drs office yesterday to check, this makes both of us feel better!
