I have a legal question about Disney
A friend and I make personal strategy guides for friends and family when they go to disney. I just made one, for free, to a stranger on the interwebs and him and his family will be going today through Monday and I will see how it turns out.
Where can I go to see the legal ramifications on starting a side business that revolves around Disney, but technically wont have any disney pictures or copyrighted materials? Basically, kind of like TourGuideMike but a few steps further and a twist. Thank you all

I don't think there are any as long as you aren't using anyone's copyrighted or trademarked information. That's why there are a zillion Disney planning businesses out there - websites, touring planning companies, etc.

I think you are wise to look into this. While there are many companies to help people plan out there, as the PP suggested, many are walking the line of copyright infringement. Many of the names of attractions, for instance, may be trademarked. I don't know what direction to send you but speaking to a corporate lawyer would give you a start.
