You should have received yellow luggage stickers that go on your luggage strap for checked luggage. I would call tomorrow am first thing. Worst case scenario is you have to collect your own bags. You can always go to ME desk in lower level and show them your voucher and they will give you a ride to your resort.
Don't stress too much, they will help you work it out. This is not terribly uncommon. Have fun! Good luck

I've never had DME tags, just take your voucher to the DME desk in MCO and take your luggage to the bus. Don't fret!

Disney don't send the ME luggage tags to the UK. You have 3 choices after you have cleared customs at MCO:
  1. Take the luggage with you on the transit to the main terminal and then the bus - quickest option
  2. Drop the luggage on the belt (you will have to do this if you can't manage without a trolley) then collect at the main terminal and take it on the bus
  3. Drop in the belt for transfer but then go straight to ME and get them to do the luggage transfer

If you get ME to transfer your luggage be aware it will go out on the carousel until they collect it plus it can take up to 4 hours from check in at your resort to arrive.

We always use option 1 and take it ourselves.

Thanks everyone. I called & we are all booked on, just need to go to the desk for them to sort the cases, but we think we will take it ourselves, since we dont land till 6.15 pm. Could we just check the car seat with them? We wont need it till wednesday.....If we took all the luggage would we still need to go to the desk at all?

You will have to go to the desk (never had to queue - we usually land at 5pm off the VS15) as you will need to collect your boarding pass for the bus.

I would just take all luggage with you otherwise you could find yourselves in bed with the car seat plus I am not sure I would trust them to be careful with a car seat
