Black Friday Question
What is the likely hood of the Kindle Fire being on a good sale this day? My 7 year old wants one...he loves to read and loves playing on my ipad.

If it is, you may want to check at Amazon.com since traditional retailers such as Walmart and Target are discontinuing sales of all Amazon Kindle products.
Maybe "Cyber-Monday" (Monday, November 26)?

that would be why I was having a hard time searching for it. Could find cases, but they were sold out of it! Hmmmm....
Wondering if I should do ipad or kindle....kindle is sooo much cheaper!

Home from work today, watching network news... There's a smaller (7") less expensive iPad coming out - as early as next week, as late as next month, but definitely in time for the holidays. No other information provided.

There is also a new Kindle Fire coming out. From what I heard, Amazon is out of stock on the current model. For that reason I'm not expecting any smoking deals on the new one.
