We went on 9/30 and it ended up being a slow night. It rained for the first hour or so but it cleared up and we caught the fireworks and the 2nd parade both with good viewing spots. Also that night we did the meet and greets for the heck of it and were surprised we did not wait more than 15-20 minutes for all the ones we did, including the 7 dwarves and the princesses.

We were there last night, it wasn't sold out according the the CM we talked to, we rode everything with no wait, went to every candy spot, watched the fireworks and the parade, with great spots for both. It was a great night, aside from the heat, I felt really bad for some of those people in the more elaborate costumes.

How often do they sell out? We are planning to go next Sunday, but the weather forecast has been dicey and I wanted to wait a bit longer to buy. Hope there are still some available.

We will be there next Sunday (14th). As of right now, the weather looks ok but that can always change. I think it will be fine though.

Yup we have no school on the 19th and 22nd - as if now we are planning to go to the party kn the 21st as are other local families. I can't say for sure what impact that will have.

We were there as well on Friday night and it wasn't crowded even with all the people they gave tickets to after Thursdays storm. Spoke to a CM in Frontierland and she said that night was only 17000. I asked her how many tickets do they sell in order to be considered sold out event and she said 42000 then I asked how many people before they shut the park down like During the holidays and she said 73000

If this is true--if--then that might explain the higher crowd reports this year. Previous estimates of max tickets have been around 30K.
