I'm not saying you have to know all of the, like I said, even my bank has a list of a few questions and if I forget my password, it isn't that big of a deal, they have backup options (most recent deposit, security questions etc.)

This isn't rocket science and is pretty common, why Disney doesn't institute the policy is what is bothering.
So you couldn't bothered to remember how many days you have left, but you assume that other people will remember the date that they bought them or how they paid for them?

As I previously said, I was told I didn't have to remember. I was told all I had to do was call and provide the numbers on the card. I then asked, what if I lose the cards so he made photo copies for me.

And people wouldn't necessaaily have to remember the date they purchase them. That might be able to found by CC statements (if recent enough), but if that can't be found proceed to another security question.

This isn't some new practice or procedure I am talking about. They do it for their dining reservations, they do it for your bank, for your auto insurance, anyone who handles business over the phone has such a practice. the fact they Disney doesn't is sad.

With about a 5 minutes search online I can tell you what day I purchased the tickets, on what card, what day they were first used, what resort I stayed at, when I checked in, when I checked out, but no, I cannot remember if we went to the park the day we left or not, but that is irrelevant. Fact is, I can't remember and Disney doesn't care to do anything to assist.

Things change. The current answer is they won't tell you so you will have to work on that basis.
