The wave phone is skinnier than an Iphone and a bit longer. It fits perfectly in the netted side pocket of the backpack that Castaway Club members get as a gift in the staterooms!! I am happy to say that we kept up after four of them and we were not charged $250 per wave phone (if lost!)!!

How big are the wave phones?

Does anyone know the measurements of the wave phones. Are they the same size as a Iphone or a Droid, or are they more the size of a cordless phone you would have for your house phone? I am trying to figure out if it will fit in my pockets, or if I need to come up with a different way to carry it around while my kids are in the clubs.

Thanks.

I've seen people talking about wearing them in a case on their lanyard. Wouldn't that be kin of heavy and bulky? Has anyone actually worn them that way? I could see wearing it in a little cross-body bag or something (although that's not so much an option for the guys, I guess ).

Depending on what I had on, I either stuck it in my pocket or carried it in a bag with me. They are very lightweight (nothing compared to an iphone).

Exactly. DH usually stuck it in his pocket. It's lighter than an iPhone, as well as "tall & thin." If we had pool time, I stuck it in the bag (the new Castaway Club book bag) with our lanyards, extra sunscreen, etc.

As light as the phones are, I couldn't carry one in a lanyard around my neck. Then again, I can't even wear bulky collars or heavy necklaces!

I also don't like phones in my pockets, so that leaves me using a case.
