The tour can most definitely last more than 3 hours including the time to check in and check out, so leave plenty of padding between the tour and your ADR. Note that the snack provided about 2/3 of the way through the tour is quite large (as a snack) or equivalent to a small meal, so again you probably don't want to schedule an expensive sit-down reservation immediately following the tour.

Better to do the Trek in the morning and if still hungry grab a snack - then do your Yak & Yeti for dinner.

I went this past June during tropical storm Debbie. I had an amazing time and it monsooned a majority of the tour. The tour guides were excellent and the food was pretty tasty. The pictures were good, they included a bunch of stock photos and a bunch of the whole tour with the other people.

I am set to go at 8am on April 21st!

I pushed my ADR back to mid afternoon, so I should be good!
