Souvenirs
Do you find yourself buying more or fewer souvenirs your second or third trip compared to your first trip? I know we bought a lot of souvenirs the first time, but not sure what to expect our next trip.

I suppose it will vary tremendously from family to family. We aren't big 'accumulators'. We rarely buy much in the way of souvenirs unless we get requests from friends or relatives. (OK- buying one of every Pooh friend plush toys was an exception last time because of our first grandson. I think the CM thought we were a little nuts until we explained why 2 60 somethings were buying a couple of armloads of plush animals).
But I digress. NORMALLY we only buy a couple of items on any given trip- that hasn't changed much over the years. |

For our family, the souvenirs still are a big part of our vacation. I love shopping at WDW. We stayed at POFQ last time, and two guests were taking a picture of our window, they said it looked like a store window. We always decorate with the purchases we have made. I am hoping to pick up a special piece of jewelry this trip. Usually I get a special character watch made, but I am thinking more of a ring or necklace this time.

Yes we definately buy less because the price of everything else (tix, food etc) has gone up, have to cut somewhere..we have started going to outlets and I will also look for clearance sales on the website and pick things up before our trip and surprise the kids with those during the trip
