Red face Galveston Upgrade procedures...

OK, now that the first one is back, can someone give me the steps for upgrading at Galveston's port? Where is the desk located? Sorry if this sounds nutty, I just want to know where to make a bee-line to!!!

TIA

I'm figuring the process will be the same as PC. So you need to check in first. You won't be going to the upgrade desk first. When you check in, ask where the desk is, they'll be happy to direct you.

Just don't trust any CM that tells you to go to Guest Services on the ship!

We did that and they said they can't do anything there until the ship sails. Worked out okay as our ship wasn't full and were able to upgrade after 4:30 pm to a verandah at less then what the port price should have been.

Quite right, you want the supervisor's desk in the terminal (before you get on the ship). In PC it's to the right of the checkin counter.

The supervisors desk is on the far right when facing the check-in counter in the Galveston port.

HTHs!

I am on a back to back- will I be allowed to visit the supervisors desk immediately after I leave the ship. Wondering if others will be in line already or if I might have a chance of being near the front
