Thank you for checking for me Iain - I thought I was going a bit mad! Hmm, very odd. Checked Air France and their flights are showing (and are not cheap already!! ). I'm not even sure what we are doing next summer (and I'm not that organised to book now) but I thought it would be nice to price up . Never thought, I could have checked myself using a different airport, but I was beginning to wonder if I was doing something very wrong .

no, I'm still being slightly-disgruntled-of-Nottingham about the prices .
I'll wait and see what the indirect Eurostar fares are like when they come out in the middle of next month, and then make a decision.

Oh, I thought I'd read you have booked - or is that just your hotel? At least you can see your prices! Not sure what is going on with Newcastle.

Actually, AF flights aren't a great price, but don't seem to go up by much the nearer you get - so something to look out for. I priced up for Oct half term (this year) on a whim and the flight was the same price as next August....?

I work for FlyBE, can confirm that the entire Summer schedule isn't out yet, so be patient. As for people moaning about BMIBaby going, it's a little chicken and egg, you want the low fares but are then surprised that the company disappears as it can't support a business model on said fares

just to update - flybe do have a sale on (right now ) and I've just booked my flights to CDG tonight. I saved £80 (over a third) of the normal price, and I'm very happy with that. It was also over £50 cheaper to fly on Thursday evening compared with early Friday morning, so we're going on Thursday after school and will stay near DLP that night, ready for check-in onsite early Friday morning .

Fab news Elaine - glad you got a good price . Nothing for us to book as we aren't sure we are returning next year () and if we do, we might make it part of a longer holiday and take the car. Very much up in the air right now.

Hopefully someone else might benefit from knowing about the sale though - I certainly didn't get any indication of it via email .

thanks, I heard about it on the local radio on my way home this evening, the radio advert didn't mention any specific booking period though so i thought i'd see what was doing on the website. I'm glad I did .

No joy here - sale flights to/from CDG only from East Midlands, oh well we've Easyjet to fall back on from Bristol.
