OT- Slightly odd question...

This is Disney World related, but I didn't know which board to put it on, so I decided to put it here as off topic...

So, I've seen all kinds of snack cart menus that have "Souvenir Bucket of Popcorn" as one of the items. My kids are popcorn fanatics, so I know popcorn will be a great snack for them, but I have been wondering about these buckets. Are the a generic "Walt Disney World" bucket and every park has the same ones, or are they themed to the park? I did a search, but all I can find are special Halloween and Christmas buckets, and Disney Land buckets.

2 years ago they were the same at every park, with the exception of some of the vendors having a Mickey Ghost and Headless Horseman themed buckets during Halloween time.

When we were in Disneyland a few weeks ago, they had a special R2-D2 popcorn bucket that was pretty awesome I must say! I assume they would carry the same thing at Disney World?

You answered my question pretty good I thought. If you got the same bucket at two parks then it is a generic bucket, not a per park theme.

Thank you for the answers. It seems the buckets are the same from park to park, except during Halloween, and Disneyland has cuter buckets.

They had these buckets a few weeks ago at DHS too. Don't get them! They're much more expensive -I think mine was like $10, as opposed to the $5 ish regular ones and they don't really close/shut -the lids just don't match up right.

In my experience, they buckets are usually different. I got 3 our past trip (MK had a Halloween themed one with a green top, AK had an AK themed one with a brown top and then the stupid one from DHS.) I seem to remember in our past trips that they've been different as well. I always say that I want to get one at Epcot, because I seem to remember seeing one that was prettier with a purple top, however I've never gotten one there so I could be wrong.

When we went last year, there were different buckets for each park. It was tough finding the Epcot one but my DH found it for me to complete my collection.

We have the R2D2 and love it. If you're a Star Wars fan, it's a must have!
