MNSSHP with military discount--sell out? - The DIS Discussion Forums

I would love to take advantage of this offer for Oct 16. Now that more nights have been added for the military discount, what are the chances of the event being sold out? I'm arriving on the 13th and was planning on going straight to the gates to buy my tickets in advance. If sold out, I thought maybe I'd just pay full price for the 18th, if that's not sold out. These are week-night events. Do they normally sell out?

Im not sure if it would sell out, but I just saw a thread yesterday where someone drove from Tampa on the day of a party and wanted to get the military discount. The whole party was sold out, regular and military.

Yes, I read that, and I'm wondering if that was because there were other special events going on or if this is going to be the trend this year.

Epcot 30th anniversary was Oct1st. So alot of WDW freaks were there this weekend. Which explains why the MNSSHP was sold out.

I would think it would be fine seeing middle of week. But like people say..."ya never know" If your going I would call and chat up a cast member. They might give you some tips and/or advice that could help. Hope it works out!

The beginning of F&W was also a likely factor, as well as the ToT run.

No offense to CMs, but your average CM and especially your average phone CM is not going to know more than what we collectively know here. There are a lot of very knowledgable posters on here, including CMs.

The October 16 MNSSHP is unlikely to sell out.
