That was the episode I was watching. They were cooking "sketti" and that was the method they used to test if it was done. Well I made "sketti" last night and I actually tasted it to see if it was still solid in the middle or if it was soft. I imagine that the "soft" "sketti" is what sticks to the cabinet. Not having tried it I don't know. My godmother is Italian and the first time I told her that one of my college roommates did the spaghetti noodle wall toss to check to see if it was done, she lapsed into frantic cries of Italian and from the little I understood, she called my roommate an ignorant stone.
