Our favorites from past years:

Germany: Sausage on roll
Italy: Chocolate cannoli & the polpettine
Mexico: Ribeye tacos

For a fifth choice, DH loved the braised beef short ribs with mashed potatoes in France. I didn't care for it.

If they are serving Lobster Rolls again, are they that good? I had my first ever Nantucket lobster roll and it was the most amazing thing ever. I don't want to ruin the memory with a sub par roll. This bun was lightly buttered. The salad had huge chucks of lobster, a light sauce, and a few spices. The lobster was the main ingredient and flavor.

There's hardly any mayo (if any) on the ones from food & wine. Very good. All lobster with a buttered bun.
