50's Prime Time Meatloaf vs. WPE Meatloaf

I've never been a big fan of meatloaf after eating it for too many dinners as a kid. My DD and I went to 50's PT and split the sampler which included a small piece of meatloaf. It was terrible, not flavor and very dense. I've seen a few people who liked the meatloaf but many, many more reviews about how great the WPE bacon wrapped meatloaf was.

Out of curiosity has anyone had the WPE meatloaf and is there something special about it or is it just regular meatloaf made well?

I can't speak to the 50s PT meatloaf. But I did have the meatloaf at WPE. As a meatloaf comossieur I can tell you the meatloaf was amazing! I will order it again. My only complaint was the portion could be bigger.

There are only 2 Meatloafs I love ( and I try them all)

50's PT and MINE

It's like pizza, everyone's is going to be different and some will be loved and others not so much.

I guess I don't get it but the WPE looks and sound like something you shouldn't ignore. The 50's PT was in the sampler which I think is different from the regular entree and terribly dry and tasteless. I know the chicken was also different. Actually nothing in the sampler was good, just old and dry. I think it was luck and being there so early.

im sorry but you cannot put the meatloaf from 50's in the same category as WGPE. You just cant. 50'S isnt that great. but the one at WGPE, OOOMMMGGGG! SOOO GOOD! its wrapped in bacon first of all, thats amazing. Gives it such nice flavour. Its so moist and flavourful, the best meat loaf i ever had in my whole life. i love the mashed potatoes and onion straws, and the 'gravy sauce thingy' that it comes with is phenominal. I highly (VERY HIGHLY) recommend it. Portion is pretty big IMHO!! I was so stuffed after!
