I have called that number a they have found a pin code in the past. Sadly not this time. Make sure you check all the adults in you house because one time it was in my husbands name, not mine.

A PIN code is a code you get either in your e-mail or regular mail with some special discount for certain travel dates (examples: free dining, percentage off a room). That PIN is for YOU only as it attached to your name, the name you will be checking in under (so if another DISer got one but wouldn't be using it for those dates, there is no way he would be able to give it to you). You can always call Disney and ask if you have a PIN attached to your name, sometimes there is, sometimes there isn't.
Bounceback is an offer that you may find in your room when you check in, guranteeing a specific promotion will be applied if you book your vacation before you leave WDW for the dates provided for your bounceback offer (which could be a year away, when we go in August there is usually a bounceback for Free Dining for the next August). Hoping that was coherent haha

I booked today and I was able to use the pin code! For 7 nights at WL, woods view room, park hoppers, I saved $500 off rack rate. Woot woot!

The pin is for 8/11 - 9/28. I got a post card at my home in my moms name. When I called, the same pin was also under my name and my hubby's, so we were able to use it. The last day to book under this pin is 2/16. We are booked for 8/17-8/24.

I'm booked from 8/14 - 8/21. I used a PIN that was e-mailed to me. I believe we ended up with 25% off at POR. If they offer free dining, I will switch to that because it will be a better savings. However, if the free dining is just a quick service plan, I won't bother changing.

You can upgrade to a higher service. We got the qsp last year n updated for about $200 more for table service. Well worth it!
