In March we were at TL and they had their own menu, which we ate from and the people behind us ordered from the AP menu! Full meals and dessert! I didn't know before then that this was available!

The bar area isn't really kid-friendly. Your best bet is to make an early reservation. You will be practically alone during the first hour of dinner service, and the entire restaurant is kid-friendly.

Alas. WDW's best bar was that Cat Walk. I miss it dearly.

Have you seen what their bartenders wear? Holy hot pants, Batman. I mean, I like it, but I don't know if you'd like it for your kids.

We were just there in the restaurant for dinner last week. Too many cocktails and I seemed to have missed the display -- and the entire lounge area for that matter! (My kiddo would've probably pointed them out had she seen. )

At Territory Lounge they will sometimes allow ordering off the Artist Point menu but from what I understand they will not ALWAYS allow this. Same with Sanaa and the Wave.

Hostesses at Bluezoo are usually size negative 2 and they wear makeup and tight clothing - usually little (very little) black dresses - but nothing is really exposed.

And no scantily clad men serving drinks, I assume? For shame, Bluezoo.

I'm not sure I saw anyone mention the Crew's Cup Lounge over at the Yacht Club -- which is connected to The Yachtsman. I'm not sure you can order off the Yachtsman's menu directly (would be nice if you could, didn't dawn on me to ask) but since they're adjoining, the food on the lounge menu comes from the Yachtsman per our server. Thinking back, I swear I saw someone order a steak sitting at a table in the lounge.

You can't - Crews Cup is one of the places that sticks to its own menu. That's what I remember - they change things a lot though. And there is a steak on the bar menu.

You can order from the GF room service menu at Mizner's - they have low table seating and I've seen children in there quite a bit especially earlier in the evening - and you get the band playing - it's relaxed and not too noisy or crowded - hopefully it's opened back up where you're there (right now it's being used as the QS location for GF while Gasparilla's is undergoing refurb)....
something to think about

The Bluezoo lounge girls dress that way because the Swan/Dolphin are large convention hotels.

Meaning lots of men on expense accounts and --well--visual appeal can often result in bigger tips
