OMG you are not kidding!!!! Your mother is not alone in dreaming about this LMAO!!!! My husband and I still talk about this and we had it 2 yrs ago. I'm not a beef eater. Cheeseburgers are my extent of eating beef.

I absolutely loveeeeeddddd this and got seconds!!! This is the full title "Grilled Beef Skewer with Chimichurri Sauce and Boniato Purée – $5.00" The Boniato as far as I could tell was like a deliciously creamy buttery mashed potato and was just as good as the skewer.

Great stuff

This is great stuff everyone. Thanks much.

Our "short list" is getting pretty long

Anyone care to make it even longer?

We love F&W! we were there the first weekend, my favorites are:

5. chocolate creme brulee from france
4. grilled lamb chop with mint pesto from australia
3. cheese soup from canada
2. mahi mahi from singapore, this was amazing and very close to my first which is:
1. filet of beef with smashed sweet potatoes from south africa

We also tried the lobster roll, lobster and seafood fishermans pie, sausage and peppers, shrimp ceviche, steamed mussels, lettuce wrap (this was my worst) (I don't like mayo though and It tasted like it), the beef empanada, the dark chocolate mousse with chili and salted caramel, and the jerk spiced chicken drumstick which would be#6 on my list. the one thing I really wanted to try but didn't get a chance was the kahlua pork slide from Hawaii.
