i would only sail on the magic in one of the four midship 1 bedroom suites, which are significantly larger and better laid out than all other 1 bedroom suites.

on the Dream you have access to the concierge lounge, on the magic you don't...

i have a feeling that the magic will pale in comparison to the Oasis of the Seas....actually the Dream probably will too...

given your choices, if it were me, i'd go with the Dream cruise....
is the Fantasy not available? because i think my first choice in your case would be the Fantasy..

On the Dream the four of us would be in a 1-Bedroom Suite (600+ square feet) for four nights; but all that is left on the Fantasy is a Family Suite (300+ square feet) for seven nights.

Definitely concierge is better than not concierge especially on the new ships where you have the concierge lounge and the concierge sun deck plus the pre-cruise services of the shoreside concierge.
Shoreside concierge will probably be able to book you into palo and remy even if they appear booked up online
