The transformation happened sometime in the last live update thread, after seeing an updated menu. Of course, it wasn't too hard for Cali Grill to earn a spot in my consideration set, since you know how giddy I can be over menu changes.

Seeing all of these wonderful pictures is driving me insane. The next 10 days can't go by fast enough for us to be there! F&W is our favorite time to go and seeing all the photos, ahhhhhhhhh.

Besides F&W, we also have reservations at La Hacienda (which I love), Bongo's and Raglan Road. We will be going to MNSSHP too!

So great job for those that are on vacation right now. Hopefully it will make the next 10 days fly by by looking at what we are coming too.

They will be staying in a Little Mermaid room at AOA for the first two nights and then at the Dolphin for the next 12 nights. Goats Town Salad - Irish goats cheese terrine made with sauteed garlic, shallots, ****ake mushrooms served with grilled crostini

Note from jabead: I had a hard time finding the Goats Town Salad on the online menus (wasn't even listed on Raglan Road website menus), so I asked Paula what the round thing was in the salad.

Paula replied, "Goat cheese with mushrooms, flash fried so warm and tasty. It was delicious! I had emailed this summer (as it wasn't on the current menu) to see if we could still get it and sure enough, they were able to do it! It was as good this time as it was 3 1/2 years ago!"



Another note from jabead: I found the above listed description on Raglan Road's dinner menu here on the DIS. Not sure if it's exactly right though, so I guess we will just have to wait and find out when Paula reviews this salad in her Dining Report. (Ha! Just noticed the automatic editing of the name of the mushrooms.)

The only part open is the new circus part , water spray parc , barnstormer and dumbo as well as the new circus souvenir and candy shop .

We were fortunate enough to be there yesterday for soft opening of Belle & Ariel. BOG was not open, but Gaston's Tavern was. Both the attractions were fabulous. The interactive experience with Belle was very cool...even better than our DD was chosen to be The Beast. I'm not sure if it was open again today, but they did tell us it was not going to be open for MNSSHP. I'm hoping we get to catch it open again next week so we can get more pictures...but not so much that it spoils the magic!
