LOL! DS14 and I were wondering the same thing. We'll only be there for a few days and all our choices are either 3 pointers or snacks. He was saying things like - "Oh, too bad. We ate at that 5 pointer last time we were there!"

I can just see the local news stories now - all about the crazy stalkers running around WDW taking pictures of other people's food.

"Two Belgan Waffles w/ fresh fruit topping (no bacon), Nesquick chocolate milks; World of Flavors Breakfast Platter, coffee; Sprite from the snack plan."




"The waffles were crisp outside and moist inside. Add the syrup and fruit and it was perfection. Dad's eggs cooled way too fast again and he barely touched the Naan bread, but the potatoes were 'just right'."




"On the overall, even three weeks later we still miss Disney food and can't wait to go back. Thanks for letting me do these updates, Barb!"

We are still in for April 20-27. Like pretty much everyone else, we are trying to figure out how to work in a 10 pointer.....or two!

It was the topic of our dinner conversation. I will try to post a more a little closer to the dates, but we are staying at the WL and I'm hoping we can add a breakfast at Trail's End.I've heard some good things about the breakfast lately.

Most of our dining options were picked by DS and DD. They both have birthdays in April, with DS's actually falling during the trip. It ought to be interesting to say the least.

I hope you and the rest of your family have a terrific time on your trip! I can't wait to see "Where in the World is the Jabead family eating?"

Been stalking this thread for a while now in anticipation of our June trip to disneyworld.

Barb you and the live trip reporters have done an amazing job and have shown me some great restaurants to try during our trip. Thank you .

We (me, hubby, daughters, 23month old and 4 year old and my sister and brother in law)are out there from 3rd June till the 19th and didn't know if you would like another live trip reporter for this time. If you do, let me know what you'd like me to do .

DISNEY FANTASY


From March 9th


Carmen said, "This cruise had been planned for over 18 months and kept secret from the kids until the day before. They both had birthdays that week and this was our present to them. The terminal was very busy and the kids were very excited meeting up with friends from our first cruise so I didn't really get any good pictures like I had hoped."



"After boarding, it was time for lunch! We wanted to head to Enchanted Garden for lunch but stopped for a quick photo of the kids. This is our daughter Haley and son Cameron."










"Sorry for the blurry photo!"






"We got a great table by the window and here is Cameron sporting his napkin "hat". If you look carefully, you can see the Carnival Dream through the window. That was the ship that had problems in St. Marteen later in the week and all the passengers had to be flown back to the US!"






"We made our way to the buffet, which honestly was a bit disappointing. I think the buffet that we on embarkation on our prior cruises had much more variety. In fact, there were no kid friendly choices such as mac and cheese and chicken strips."








"My plate. The sandwich was mozzarella, pesto, and tomato and was very tasty. The turkey salad wrap was okay but I much prefer chicken salad."







"My husband Jarrod's plate. He always tries to fill up on salads at buffets and he said it was good and fresh."





"These desserts were okay. Sorry, can't really remember what any of them were."






"Coconut Pineapple ice cream! YUMMY! Even went back for a second bowl. It was so creamy with nice chunks of pineapple. While I was in line the first time, one dad tried to convince his son that it would taste like vanilla (they didn't have plain vanilla the kid wanted). He would definitely be disappointed because this was no vanilla. But it was so DELICIOUS!"




"All in all, an okay buffet but lacked in variety."







"After heading up to deck, I grabbed a "Miami Vice" or as DCL calls it "Bon Voyage". I didn't taste much rum in it but it was very good!"







"The Carnival Dream from our Balcony. I joked to DH that all of their passengers were jealous for not being on the Disney Fantasy because it is such a prettier ship. Little did I know at the time that they would really be jealous when they were being flown back home from St. Marteen due to problems with the ship while we were continuing our vacation."

One more update before I call it a night and head to bed for one last sleep before we begin our 18 hour drive to Disney World sometime tomorrow afternoon. But then again, who am I kidding, I'll probably not get much sleep tonight between my excitement and stressing about everything I need to do tomorrow.

Anyway, on with the live from Disney World update from Valerie (DannysMom).


Beach Club Marketplace

She said, "We tired everyone out at MK today. It got quite crowded by late afternoon. We headed back to the villa around 6, I made grilled cheeses for the kids. DH headed down to the BC Marketplace to pick us up some sandwiches."





"It was a turkey, Brie, bacon & arugula ( I think) with a cranberry spread. Not bad.
Dessert was some kind of key lime tart, not great."



"Time for some rest here. Think we will be at MK again in the AM, hopefully we will make rope drop tomorrow, we ran late today & had a slow morning."
