Ownthemagic Website
Has anyone had any experience with ownthemagic.com?
My mom ordered some items at the end of August. She received an order confirmation and her card was charged on August 31. She still hasn't received her items. She sent an email last Friday asking them to give her a ship date or to just refund her money. I understand that they probably wouldn't be answering emails over the weekend, but it's the end of business today and she hasn't heard anything. They were very prompt in sending the confirmation email. She's concerned that she's going to be out her money and not have any merchandise. At almost $200, she really doesn't want to be out the money. Anyone have any ideas?
