Isn't all of this the reason why this is a test phase? Hopefully the feedback they get and the results (lack of use) will help them to evaluate the program and make adjustments accordingly before rolling it out to the general public.

Problem is, like I said in my previous post, they did not really want feedback. Very suspicious in my opinion.

Maybe they aren't looking for that type of feedback at this point. They certainly can track your choices and verify whether or not you are using them. That might be all they need for this phase of the testing.

Well that makes no sense to me as they can't tell if I liked the whole experience, which I did not. Looks like to me they don't care and just making the suits happy. Sorry but that's just my opinion. I really don't think they want any negative feedback.

We had test Fast Passes sent to us and then received a follow up email survey a week after we used them asking a variety of questions about our experiences.

IMHO, they are not looking for that kind of feedback. They are running this to test their systems and are getting their software and operational kinks worked out. They spent a billion dollars on NextGen. They aren't going to scrap Fastpass Plus because a few people don't like it. Like it or not, Fastpass Plus is coming and will be here to stay.

Right. Folk should keep in mind that this is only the first version of the software. They're trying to make sure the bones and muscles of the system don't break or tear. They'll pretty it up with more features as time goes on.

Disney is well known for their guest satisfaction, so I'm sure it will be considered. There are so many unknowns. Will Fastpass+ and ADR's be coordinated? Will the system consider the touring styles of guests? I'm sure all will be reviled in due time. From the perspective of many people, $1 Billion is a lot to invest if the result is what we're seeing right now.

How can this be just a test of software? This was a test about a experience. A experience that was way to stressful and I did not like. I would have liked to let Disney know that. I agree that with the money invested its not going away, that is for sure, but if they would have asked for feedback then they could tweak the program to make it less stressful.

As I and others have said, you don't know what kind of data they were looking for or what they were testing. If they had promised you a debriefing on your experience and didn't deliver I could see being disappointed. I would sit tight and wait for the completed package before labeling something a failure that is in an initial test phase.

Ah but you see, I was told I was going to get a survey by every single CM I encountered about this program, about my overall impression. So no they did not deliver.

I would have been happy to be asked to participate at any level whether it was a positive or negative experience. I just missed the test period by a couple of days and was bummed.
