Loved Photopass Plus.

Just got back last night. Our second time using PP and first time doing PP+. We would definitely do it again.

We got 340 pictures--that is before I start editing. We had six park days and four character meals. We had about 15 ride photos. The only bummer was suffering through Space Mountain just to get the picture and finding out the cameras were down. I hate Space Mountain so I almost cried!

I felt like the photographers did take a lot more pictures when they knew you had PP+. a few still only took one or two posed shots but quite a few went above and beyond what we got with regular PP last time. Maybe we just caught good photographers. But maybe there is something to the idea that they do more for you when they know you are definitely getting the pics they take.

Can't wait to get home (we stayed at an airport hotel last night) and start playing with borders!!!

Did you tell the photographers that you had purchased PP+?

When you get PP+, you get a special red Photopass card that you wear on a cord around your neck. You pick it up when you arrive. You have to show it to get your photo package at the meals and to get the ride photos added. It also works for the regular PP stuff.

Ahhh ok good to know. I just read about it on another site. I guess it didn't start until July this year, and I was there in May. So I was wondering to myself how the heck did I miss out on that compared to what I prepurchased. LOL But I guess I know that answer now

Thanks!!

we were looking at the pre order of it....my kids love the ride photos and tend to ride it over and over til they get the pose they want....me, I am usually good with one or two.....also glad to hear that they take more pics, knowing that they are going to be bought. did you get a flyer in you email before the trip to order it? cant remember from last trip if we did and when.....I really think this is a great item for families that do the character meals and ride photos. glad to hear it was great for you....cant wait to order ours for our vacation in December....

Thanks for your report! I'm leaning towards going with the Phosopass+ for our next trip as well. I was very pleased with the Photopass during our last trip and we got lots of great pictures. Good to know that some of the photographers will take a few extra pictures if they know you have the Photopass+. Please share some of your pics when you get home! I'd love to see them! Glad you had a great trip!

We are also just back and loved photo pass plus! We pre-ordered at $169. The photos we got at tusker and ohana breakfasts would have been a little over $60.We got 15 ride photos (if paying, would have probably bought 5, so roughly $80). Also got the pirate league photos, which I'm not sure how much they cost. Plus we have over 300 pics with characters and around the parks. I thought it was well worth it, and I loved having the card on a lanyard.

wow, just took the average pic price for rides x kids(4) and wow! looks like the last trip alone we spent more on the ride pictures and the meal pic than the cost of the PP+...guess its a no brainer for us!......thanks for the link, looks like it will be ordered this week for us!

I'm a photo junkie and I already preordered Photopass + and we're not going for almost 4 months. I didn't want to talk myself out of getting it when the expenses started adding up. LOL. I had every intention of taking advantage of Photopass (and preordering the CD) before I heard about PP+. I'm thrilled that we'll have opportunities to get family pictures, instead of not having any with me in them. At other theme parks we buy very few of the ride pics because at $15 apiece that gets pricey fast! I'm so excited about hat part of the trip. I hope we get some good shots!

Is it just me or PP+ is one of the best «real» deal Disney had in the past years!

We're glad they also have it on the West Coast at Disneyland, we already ordered it for our trip in 3 weeks!
