Your thoughts on "Plink"

Has anyone signed up with Plink? It is a fairly new CC or debit card reward program. The reviews seem good, but they ask for Too much acct info on your card. This stopped me in my tracks when I went to sign up, so of course I came here to see if anyone here has used it yet.

Three things that would keep me from signing up:
  1. It's fairly new. Started in January of this year. Most "new" programs are great at paying out when they first start because they want to build their membership through word of mouth. It's not until later, when it becomes evident that they cannot maintain that level of payout, that they reduce their rewards and stretch out the amount of time that it takes to distribute rewards.
  2. They were founded by two guys who were executives at Memolink. Memolink was notoriously bad at paying. They owed more to members than they had available to pay. It became a stinker of a program and many members were left with Memolink owing them hundreds in rewards money with no chance of getting it.
  3. They want way too much information. There is no way that any reward is worth giving out my bank log-in information. Even if their employees are as honest as the day is long, they are still vulnerable to hacking.

Thanks for your input. I was stopped dead in my tracks by the amount of info they need. I don't see why they could need my passwords! Anyhow, I will keep my eye on it but as you said, it's too new to be sure and I didn't know of their other endeavors.
