Booking meals
How important is it that we book meals ahead of time? We are going 15-18 October mid week and are hoping the parks will not be too busy then.

But if you are not after anywhere in particuliar it's not necessary. For evening meals you are going to have the Disney Village, the hotel restaurants or you could check out the restaurants at Val d'Europe (There's a lot of choice and they are cheaper than Disney)
