Whats on your do not miss food list?

I'm trying to make a list of things (foods - including snacks, entrees, desserts, and drinks) that I need to try. For example, dole whip.

I realize that people have different tastes but who knows when I'll be back at Disney so I'm trying to figure out what shouldn't I miss

So what's on your cant miss list?

Hollywood Brown Derby: cobb salad
Le Cellier: cheese soup
Flying Fish Cafe: calamari and mussels
Trail's End: fried chicken and mac & cheese
Cape may cafe: clams!!!!
