Requesting a cot

Hello, I'm sure this has been asked before... When requesting a cot for the room I've seen people say email the resort. Is there a specific email address for sequoia lodge or should I just use the general email address?

Or do I need to phone really?

Just general email is fine I have always asked when we booked over the phone. X

Sorry, don't know the answer but I'd also like to know how to go about this.

Must admit that I never knew about emailing the resort. How much notice do you have to give?

You can't email the hotel direct you can phone or fax but if you just email the general email address dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

Include your name where you are staying and hotel reservation number and request a cot. You can do it at any time but can also ring and check the request has been noted x

No problem if you have any other questions I would be more then happy to try and help with taking a little one I didn't find there to be much help on websites the DIS was so helpful to me would love to re pay the favour to some one else.

In case they're of any help here are some pictures of the cot we got during our recent stay at the Hotel New York. We didn't use it in the end as the DW thought it was too unstable for our 23 month old son.
