I agree. I'd hate to leave anyone but out but several of us are making our gifts and we are just 3 weeks out. Should we close it and then whoever joins can start a new group like we did? Mini FE members please give your thoughts.

Hi Carla -- Thanks for adding my family to the list. I'm excited to see lots of "older kids' on this cruise. I'm sure the kids will see each other during the kids cap.

I forgot to add that we are on second seating for dinner. Also, could you correct my name to "Cindy" instead of "Cathy"?

Just a newbie question, what do DS and DD stand for?

Thanks Alicia -- I told my sons there would be more kids his age and he's relieved. I signed my sons up for the Youth Activities. Is Xavier signed up as well? The kids are going to have a blast! Looking forward to meeting your family!

I think we should close, so I know what to make. We have a good number of people. If there is still interest, a new mini-FE can start. We need to name our group! The other FE's are Minnie and Mickey. Anyone feeling creative?

Yes Cindy. I signed Xavier up. He doesn't know we are going yet and is going to be so excited.

DS=dear son. Here is a link to a list of abbreviations used on the DIS. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1660743. When you first start browsing it's a little confusing. Browsing over the list helps a lot.

I simply cannot wait! I'm so excited! My husband thinks I'm off my gourd.

I've never done anything like this before. Never even left Texas except to go to Louisiana....oh and once to DC.

Carla we are very excited here also. My DIL and grandkids have never been on a vacation other then a weekend to the Dells. New experience in flying also. We are going a day early and staying a day later to explore Texas a wee bit - and stay away from the cold longer- also.
My FIL gave my husband the money to use as he wants and my husband decided to send most of us away

Sad part is husbands and two youngest 30 mos and 18 mos are staying behind.

Oh cool! (sad that you had to leave folks behind). Do you guys have anywhere special planned to see in Texas, or are you just looking around to see what kind of trouble you can get into?
