Any other MUST dos?

Although we have some time until our BIG trip to WDW (short trip in Feb, strictly park, no extras) I am trying to get it all together. I've already paid for our stay and we got the dining plan so I am going through the resturants and making a list to have when its time for us to make reservations.

It will be just me and my daughter 7 (will turn 8 while there) and I dont want to pack it up with stuff however I am also open for us to do anything.

So here is my list, please tell me if there is an ADR you think I should add, or an activity you think I should add. And we already did the Tomorrowland Dessert party last time, I wasnt all that impressed so we wont be doing it again.

For her
BBB - early in the morning so she can enjoy the "look" all day
The Pirates league - mermaid makeover, she is obsessed with mermaids
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage

Chef Mickey's Fun Time Buffet
Cinderella's Happily Ever After
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast
'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast
Beach Club Breakfast Cafe at Cape May
The Crystal Palace
Chip 'N Dale's Harvest Feast
Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
Donald's Dinig Safari - Tusker House

and I will be paying out of pocket for

Fairytale Dining Cinderella's Royal Table

Although money is not an issue I would like to keep everything reasonable.

Thanks so much for your input.... I can only see what I find online and although the disney vacation site gives great information, it doesnt break it down like you all do. And I'd much rather take personal experience referrals over company ones

Are you only looking for restaurants or park activities too? If park activities too, I would 'volunteer' in the MK firehouse to help save the MK from the evil Sorcerors. It's an interactive scavenger hunt for the villians and it is really well done and would be so much fun for a mom and daughter to do. You can do parts while you wait for fastpasses to come up.

What is Cinderellas Happily Ever After? This is different from CRT? Is this the tea at Grand Floridian. I have thought about doing that with DD. I am doing a mother daughter trip in November. My DD just turned 9. She is very excited to do the Agent P activity in Epcot.

It isnt the tea at the GF it is dinner. Its Cinderella, Prince Charming, the step sisters, fairy god mother and we saw one of the mice. We went last time, very small, there werent a lot of people there at all. Each character came back around to our table about 5 times and actually got to sit and talk with my daughter. She said it was her favorite meal because it was so personal. I have a picture of my daughter with Prince Charming that is priceless, her eyes are so wide open lol

What is the Agent P activity?

Oh is it the dinner at Park Fare at the Grand Floridian.

Agent P is what took place of the Kim Possible missions in Epcot. It is now Phineas and Ferb themed instead.
