Fantasmic in February

What are average wait times for Fantasmic in late February, specifially the week of 2/24? It seems to be low crowd indicators for that week. Is it recommended to line up 1-2 hours before? Or would 30 minutes suffice? I am trying to decide if I should do a dinner package to avoid long wait times with my band of hooligans.

It would be unwise to assume anything.
The crowd levels for Fantasmic! can grow on any night at nearly any time of the year.

You might encounter an only 2/3 full theater at 30 minutes or less before show time,
or you could encounter a completely sold out performance 45 minutes before show time.

If seeing a particular performance is important to you, arriving far too early beats arriving just a few minutes too late.

If seeing a given show is of only passing interest, you can arrive a few minutes before show time and you may get lucky.

If you want to see the show, for sure, and you don't want to arrive more than 45 minutes before show time,
the F! Dining Pkg. would be a good choice.
OTOH, we have seen F! literally dozens of times and never once used the Dining Pkg.
