best counter service in world showcase, epcot

I am looking for a good counter service meal in world showcase, besides Tangierine cafe. I liked that, but I want to try something knew. Please don't suggest pastries or sommerfest germany. I don't want pastries, I just want simple cs meals that will fill me up. Please give me one you liked.

I am gonna tag along here. I have not found any real good ones in the world showcase. We are going to try China this year. We tried Tangerine Cafe last year and thought it was horrible. We eat Moroccan food at home all the time. Maybe we were just used to the Americanized version!

Ok my favorite world showcase counter is Katsura grill in Japan! Great sushi and great teriyaki beef chicken etc! I do like lotus blossom cafe in china too but it's basic Chinese food from home.

Add a little malt vinegar & salt, and the magic just happens!

France, the Boulangerie/Patisserie- Ham & Cheese on a baguette w/nice beer or for a lighter lunch, the cheese platter! With a nice wine or beer, even better.

P.S. I had funky chicken parts in China, haven't been back since, is it any better?

Another vote for Fish and Chips but La Cava del Tequila has great tapas...guac and chips, flautas, taquitos...all delicious and filling without heavy. France has great sandwiches.

We loved the fish and chips in England - but to be honest I can't say it is the best thing since it was the only QS meal we got at Epcot.

I've heard great things about the fish and chips. We haven't really eaten at too many CS, we usually go to Epcot during F&W festival so we just eat at all the booths LOL. Sunshine Seasons is decent as well and has a lot of choices.

We love the fish & chips at the Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the UK. It's one of the fews things we have to eat everytime we visit.

We loved the sandwiches at Le Boulangerie in France! I had the ham & cheese on a baguette and hubby had the hot sandwich on a croissant...yum! We will definitely go back!

We also love the fish & chips

We really liked La Cantina De San Angel in Mexico! The food was deliciousness. Also saw the fish and chips from Yorkshire County and they looked great.
