No resorts have them. But I have heard of people bringing their own. Sorry, no recommendations for you though.

I always sleep with a white noise machine. I bring it with me in my suitcase. I've had it for a long time, but I think I bought it at JC Penneys. I think Bed Bath and Beyond might carry them. I don't think CSR has them.

I have an app on my Kindle Fire that only cost about $1.50. It works great. It's called Sleepy Time or something like that.

I use an app called "White Noise" on my phone. It's pretty handy to have.

If you want an actual machine, I use one from First Years at Target. It's for babies, but has a good white noise sound. It's about $25, fairly compact, and can be used with batteries if needed. We have three in our house!

I have one of these....

It's not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. I have had it for a year and a half and it runs constantly at home in the bedroom. It's been all over with me and even to Mexico. Never have had an issue with it in a carry-on bag. It is definitely easier than carrying a portable fan!

I used White Nose Lite, a free app. You can customize your "noise". (I use a combo of rain, fan and airplane ) You can plug your phone right into the alarm clock and play it.

We've traveled with a small white noise machine by Homedics for years until I got an IPhone. Now, I also use an app like others. I plug it in to charge at night and use the app. So much better than hearing toilets flushing, loud talking and someone running by your door...
